EGalax, a leading manufacturer of touch screen controllers, has recently released a new RS232 Touch controller specifically for automotive use with extended operating temperature –40 to +85 degrees. EGalax touch controllers support both Resistive and Capacitive touch technologies with production of both serial and USB interfaces already compliant with the EU RoHS Directive putting them ahead of the competition.
