17 inch SXGA TFT LCD Family

The G170EN05, G170EN06 and G170EN07 from AU Optronics, provide compact solutions for users requiring high resolution TFT LCD.

With SXGA resolution and fast response time, these panels are ideal for industrial control, kiosk and HMI applications or, if you are looking to upgrade existing CRT displays. They also offer an alternative to current 15-inch users, where XGA resolution is insufficient for the application.

Slimline 15 inch XGA TFT LCD

This high performance TFT LCD display from AU Optronics, is now available for demonstration at Displaze Limited. The G150XN04 offers the following features:-

The slimline G150XN04 provides a compact display for Kiosk, Point of Sale and other HMI applications. The high luminance, together with the Super Wide Viewing angle, makes it an ideal product for use in high ambient light conditions. The panel is available as a component or supplied as part of a kit with driver electronics specified to suit your application.

Commercial monitor type products are also available. The M150XN07 will be re-engineered during 2004 to increase luminance to 350cd/m2 and conform to the 15" PSWG specification.

AUO's Industrial Division are developing high luminance products for specific target markets. The first of these is the 10.4" SVGA unit below.

Displaze has a history of producing bespoke Hi-Brite panels based on standard TFT LCDs. Currently in development is a version based on the M170EN07 17" SXGA panel.
